Rosita is a beautiful bird who is a ton of fun to watch and will make you laugh out loud with her antics. She loves to play and play with beads, bells, anything to hang or swing from, and everything shreddable.
She takes a while to warm up to new humans so will require someone that is patient and understanding of her boundaries. Perhaps giving her favorite treats of popcorn, almonds or pine nuts in the shell will establish trust. We also recommend taking things very slow and allowing her to decide next steps as she is a very skittish bird. She requires prior cockatoo experience and prefers men.
