Wait List
Meet
Flo & Norman
*** This bird is currently on our Wait list and is with their current owner. It may be possible to visit and adopt this bird prior to it being moved to a foster home. Please keep in mind that birds on the Wait list may not have had a veterinary visit. Their owners may or may not be caring for the bird at EBR minimum standards of care.***
The owner Said: They are bonded. They are both funny and have sweet demeanors. Flo is particularly affectionate and wants to be near me all the time. I can tell Norman enjoys being near me, but on his terms, and keeping a safe distance. Flo will get right up in your face and rub herself on you, like she would embed herself in my skin if she could.
About
Flo & Norman
Both have feather destruction. Norman has permanent follicle damage in a strip down the front of his chest, and Flo's plucking seems to be tied to hormonal changes depending on the season.

Norman: Hello birbie, I love you, baby bird, and Sophie! He will stick up his wings, and loves to move his head left and right to the opposite of me, almost like a dance. If I tell him to jump, on occasion he will jump onto the furniture from my arm. Norman will regularly scream until he is reunited with Flo.
